Welcome to Asset Invest System. By accessing or using our website, services, and products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", or "you") and Asset Invest System ("Company", "we", or "us"). By using any service provided by Asset Invest System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Asset Invest System offers the following financial services to clients across the United States:

  • Personal Loans with competitive APRs starting at 6.99%
  • Credit Loans and credit-building programs
  • Mortgage Loans (Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo)
  • Wealth & Investment Planning and portfolio management
  • Tax Advisory and filing services by licensed CPAs
  • Insurance services (Life, Health, Disability, Long-term Care)

All services are subject to eligibility, credit approval, and applicable state and federal regulations.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be a legal resident of the United States.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
  • Not be prohibited from receiving financial services under applicable U.S. laws.

4. Account Registration

Certain services require account registration. You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. Loan & Credit Products

All loans are subject to credit approval, income verification, and underwriting guidelines. APRs, terms, and loan amounts vary based on creditworthiness, state of residence, and product type. Asset Invest System reserves the right to decline any application. Pre-qualification does not guarantee final approval.

6. Fees & Pricing

Our fee structure varies by service:

  • Subscription Plans: Essential ($0/mo), Professional ($299/mo), Elite Wealth ($999/mo), Private Client (Custom).
  • Assets Under Management: Typically 0.5%–1.0% annually.
  • Tax Services: Flat fees based on complexity.
  • Insurance: Commission-based, paid by carriers at no extra cost to you.

All fees are disclosed upfront. Late payment fees, NSF fees, and prepayment penalties (if applicable) will be clearly communicated in your service agreement.

7. Fiduciary Duty

Asset Invest System acts as a fiduciary in advisory relationships. We are legally obligated to act in your best interest. However, we do not guarantee investment performance, and all investments carry risk including potential loss of principal.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design — is the property of Asset Invest System and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Attempt to breach website security or interfere with service operations.
  • Use automated systems to access services without authorization.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.

10. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Communications & Marketing

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Asset Invest System via phone, email, SMS, and postal mail. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through our unsubscribe page or by replying "STOP" to any SMS.

12. Third-Party Services

We partner with third-party lenders, credit bureaus, insurance carriers, and service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, products, or services of these third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply separately.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asset Invest System and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asset Invest System, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Mateo County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
